Mr. Lephate Cunningham, a World War II Army veteran, affectionaly known as Mr. "C".

He was a licensed electrician for over 50 years. He retired from the federal government after 30 years of service as an electrician working at both Brookley & Keesler Air Force Bases.

He was a member of several civic and social organization, including Port City Chapter of BIG and the Mobile Area Mardi Gras Association.
