Rolette C. Colter was employed with the Treasury Department for 32 years. She also was employed with the State Department in her earlier career.  Rollette graduated from Spingarn High School in 1968 and thereafter attended Prince Georges Community College.

Rolette became a member of the Financial Management Services (FMS), BIG Chapter, Region XI, in August 2002. She became involved with our Outreach Program, which included her assistance with the toy drive for St. Ann’s Infant Home, providing food and clothing to different shelters, and comforting the elderly at the Cottage City Senior Home, in Brentwood, MD.  Rolette enjoyed being a part of the FMS chapter and all of the activities that accompanied membership within the chapter. She further enjoyed participation in any way she could to make events very successful.  At the time of her demise, she was in the process of becoming a lifetime BIG member.

Rolette was an active member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church with involvement in numerous auxiliaries.
